How I work
I start from what the business needs, not from a favourite framework. You get a short written plan before any code, working software every one to two weeks, and code with tests and documentation that another developer can pick up.
I have spent 26 years in production codebases — e-commerce, ad tech, HR software, healthcare equipment, hospitality — so I know what makes software expensive to own, and I build to avoid it.
